Features
Everything between "I see a problem" and "it's fixed."
Screencore is a focused tool. It does a few things well: capture, explain, organize and protect visual feedback.
Browser capture
Take a full-page or region screenshot, or record a short screen clip, without leaving the page you are reviewing.
Context recorded automatically
Each capture stores the page URL, browser, operating system and viewport size, so nobody has to ask for them later.
Precise annotation
Draw arrows, boxes and highlights, add text, and pin comments to a specific point on the image or a moment in a recording.
Redaction tools
Blur names, emails or account numbers before sharing, so sensitive details never leave your screen.
AI-assisted summaries
Generate a short written description and suggested reproduction steps from a recording. Summaries are drafts you review and edit before sharing.
Projects and status
Group captures by project, assign an owner, and move items from open to resolved with a full comment history.
Shareable links
Share a capture with a link that respects workspace permissions, with the option to restrict access to signed-in members.
Export
Export captures and their notes as images, video files or structured text for use in the tools your team already relies on.
Data security & privacy
Screens often show private information. We design Screencore on the assumption that every capture is sensitive.
- Encryption
- Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest in our hosting environment.
- Access control
- Workspace owners assign roles and decide who can view, comment on, share or export captures.
- Data ownership
- Your content belongs to you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models shared with other customers.
- Retention & deletion
- Workspace owners can delete captures at any time and request deletion of workspace data when an account is closed.
Details of how we collect and process personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy.
